The Smart Phone/App world can be tricky at times with the thousands that you can choose from! These three apps that I have listed below cover all of the bases for information both agents and buyers need while on the go.
1. Zillow.com—Zillow.com’s mobile app maintains excellent customer rating in the Smart Phone Market because this mobile real estate app combines a lot of information. The app uses GPS to identify nearby homes that are available. Each real estate listing will include the property description and will give relevant information about the surrounding properties, such as recent sales prices and average neighborhood rent.
2. Dropbox—When you sign up for this service, you can upload files, including pictures, and share them with someone else just using an email address. For example, buyers can take photos of a house, upload them to a file on Dropbox, and then give someone else access to those files! It’s like a computer desktop except for it’s on your mobile device..!
3. Homes.com mortgage calculator—The Homes.com mortgage calculator app provides the same clear calculator for smartphones that the website version has available. By knowing the interest rate of your mortgage pre-approval and the amount you have to put down, you can calculate how much you are will have to pay each month for a house right then and there. Realtors can use this calculator help lead buyers in the right direction according to their monthly budget. And there you have it. Three Apps that will make all the difference!
