I’ve lived in the Portland area for the past 13 years and it has so much to offer!  Being able to take daytrips to Mt. Hood or the Coast is one of the many perks. In addition, there are amazing lakes, waterfalls, and miles of trails that make it easy to step outside and enjoy the outdoors. If you are foodie, Portland has many acclaimed restaurants, breweries and the food carts are amazing. The area is lucky to boast four seasons with dry warm summers, cool and colorful falls, wet winters, and a mix in the spring. With an international airport being close you are able to travel with ease for either business or leisure. Portland is home to an NBA team, both a men’s and women’s MLS soccer team, minor league baseball, including hockey. The Portland area is one of the nation’s most livable regions. It has leading educational, athletic, and cultural programs to support the healthy family lifestyle, which makes owning a home a great investment.
