Temecula is a great place to live because we enjoy moderate weather all year long. This means that when there’s snow on the ground or heavy rain in other parts of the country during the winter we’re enjoying warm temperatures here.

Although the weather is good in Temecula, we can tell you that as a quality management company it’s still an owners responsibility to make sure their Temecula rental property is a habitable place to live by keeping it maintained.

HVAC Maintenance

You should have your rental property’s HVAC unit maintained at least once every six months to ensure that it’s functioning normally.

Check Seals On All Doors and Windows

Since we can get some heat in Temecula during the summer, you should also check your doors and window to make sure that they are not letting heat or cold air escape from your property during the summer or winter months.

Inspect the Roof

Yes, it’s true that we don’t get much rain in Southern California but, you should still check the roof on your rental property at least 1-2 times per year to make sure that it doesn’t have any damage and will not leak water should we experience a sudden rainstorm.

Review the Plumbing

Last of all, but most important, you should have the plumbing at your rental property checked to make sure that there are not any leaky pipes or blockages in the mainline.
