Kids Eat Free!

My wife and I love to go out to eat whenever we can and try new restaurants in our beautiful San Diego County. But now that we have a growing two year old boy it’s increasingly getting a little harder on the pocket book going out on our dining excursions. Luckily for us I am finding that there are some restaurants that are sympathetic to our situation and are even offering to feed our kid for free! Sure it might require being a little more flexible with when we can dine, but it’s well worth it, especially when it’s lighter on the wallet.

For those parents out there with hungry kids and who want a little reprieve on the wallet here are some restaurants in San Diego County that offer special deals for kids:

* Casa de Reyes on Calhoun St – On Mondays kids 10 and under eat free with paying adult

* Cosmopolitan Hotel and Restaurant on Calhoun St– Daily, kids 2 and under eat free with paying adult

* Humphrey’s Restaurant on shelter Island Dr – Sunday, kids 6 and under eat free for brunch

* Beachtown BBQ and Grill on Mission Blvd – Thursdays, kids eat free with 2 full priced entrees

* Ikea Restaurant on Fenton Parkway – Tuesdays, kids eat free

* El Torito (all locatins) – Wednesdays, kids under 12 eat free

* Marie Callender’s – Tuesdays and Saturdays, kids 12 and under eat free with paying adult

* Luna Grill (all locations)– Tuesdays kids 12 and under eat free from 4pm until close

* Denny’s (all locations)– Tuesdays, kids 11 and under eat free with paying adult from 4pm to 10pm

* Company Pub & Kitchen on Poway Rd – Mondays, kids 12 and under eat free from 5pm to 9pm

* Al’s Café in the Village on Carlsbad Village Dr– Daily, kids 10 and under eat free

* Borrelli’s on North El Camino Real – Mondays, kids 12 and under eat free with paying adult

* Hamburger Factory on Midland Rd – Tuesdays, kids 10 and under eat free with paying adult

* Tin Leaf Fresh Kitchen on El Camino Real – Sundays, kids 10 and under eat free with paying adult from 4pm until close
